Regen, Regen stört uns nicht...

Bevor wir am Mittwoch zum"Graubünden-Marathon" in die Schweiz starten, wollten wir noch beieinem Halbmarathon als Trainingslauf starten. Der Stuttgarter-Zeitungslauf war vom Datum her ganz günstig. Aber da war jaauch die Geburtstagsfeier unserer lieben Nachbarin Doris... Man kann ja nicht auf "mehrerenHochzeiten tanzen". Im Gespräch mit meiner Sportfreundin Moni, die mich auf die Menschenmassen und das stressige Drumherum in Stuttgart aufmerksam machte, kam ich auf die Idee den Günti nach einer Alternative zu fragen. Und er erinnerte sich an den Lautertallauf, dener schon kannte. Das war sogar vom Zeitplan günstig: Samstag-Nachmittag laufenund am Sonntag zum Geburtstags-Frühstück zur Nachbarin gehen.

So fuhren wir bei strömendenRegen am Samstag nach Herrlingen-Blaustein in der Hoffnung, dass es jaauch mal wieder mit regnet aufhörenwürde.

Lautertallauf

Bis zum Start um 16.00Uhr verlief alles unkompliziert und gemütlich. Der Regen strömte unentwegt aufuns hernieder, aber so richtig störte das niemanden mehr. Wir haben uns wohl andie Regenzeit gewöhnt.

Nach dem Start amOrtsrand ging es bald ins Lautertal. Es war angenehm unter dem Blätterdach zulaufen und den Regen leise zu hören. Es ging stetig bergauf, das Läuferfeld zogsich bald auseinander und so lief ich bald allein meinen Trott. Ich fühlte michgut und genoss die Einsamkeit auf der Strecke. Irgendwann kamen mir die erstenLäufer entgegen und ich schaute, wann ich den Günti sehen würde. Als der dannkam, klatschten wir uns obligatorisch abund weiter ging’s dem Wendepunktentgegen. Dort angekommen konnte ich bei der Bergabpassage wieder etwas längere,schnellere Schritte machen. Ich freutemich noch einen Läufer überholen zu können und als mir Günti entgegenkam undmich die letzten 2,5km ins Ziel begleitete fiel mir das Laufen wieder etwas leichter undich kam glücklich ins Ziel.

Nach dem Duschen warf icheinen Blick auf die Ergebnisliste und freute mich über den 3.Platz in meinerAltersklasse!

» Mein 45. Halbmarathon

Der Messina-Marathon auf Sizilien war mein erklärtes Ziel nach drei Jahren wieder einen Marathon zu laufen.

In Vorbereitung lief ich einige "Halbe" und so manchen langen Trainingslauf. Mental war ich total fit, aber immer mal wieder spürte ich Schmerzen in der linken Hüfte.

Ich kontrollierte und wechselte meine Schuhe,achtete vermehrt auf bestimmte Bewegungen (es konnte ja auch durch meine Arbeit in der Pflege kommen), machte Dehnungsübungen... Aber mal mehr, mal weniger meldete sich der Schmerz.

Also entschied ich wenige Wochen vor dem Event und nach einem Gespräch mit Fabio über die Strecke und das Drumherum, dass ich mich für den Halbmarathon anmelde. Und das war gut so.

Erst aus Antalya zurückgekommen fuhr ich mit meinem Mann nach Kandel zum Bienwald-Marathon.

Bei einem Lauf zuzuschauen ist ja für uns Läufer eine Zumutung! Also dachte ich, ich machs wie Günter und laufe halt nach einer Woche gleich wieder einen Halbmarathon. Kann ja als Training nicht schaden...

Zum zweiten Mal flogen wir nach Antalya zum "Runtalya-Marathon". Fast hätten wir zuschauen müssen, wie die anderen laufen, da uns beide ein Infekt erwischte. Aber wir hatten Glück. Pünktlich zum Termin waren wir wieder fit, so dass Günti seinen Marathon und ich den "Halben" laufen konnten.

Die Erinnerungen an Runtalya 2008 waren sehr gut. Die Veränderungen seitdem haben uns noch besser gefallen.

Die Marathonanmeldung mit der Ausgabe der T-Shirts und Rucksäcke und die Nudelparty fanden in dem großen Einkaufscentrum "Migros" statt. Es gab keine Verständigungsschwierigkeiten, denn viele deutschsprechende Helfer waren jederzeit bereit. Die T-Shirts gab es in zwei Varianten, und wir konnten so lange probieren, bis wir das Passende gefunden hatten.

Und bei der Nudelparty gab es drei gut schmeckende Gerichte.

» Neues Jahr - Neue Ziele

Nach einer depressiven Phase fühlte ich mich wieder gut und ich begann pünktlich am 01.01.2011 mit dem Marathontraining und dem Ziel im April in Messina (Sizilien) mal wieder die ganze Distanz zu laufen.

Der Halbmarathon in BAD-FÜSSING sollte der erste Höhepunkt in der Vorbereitung sein.

So fuhren Günti und ich am Samstag bei schönstem Wetter nunmehr zum 8.Mal nach Bad-Füssing, um nach der Erledigung der Anmeldeformalitäten noch einen Frühlingsausflug nach Passau zu machen.

Alljährlich findet am 1.November,an "Allerheiligen", im Schwabenland im Rahmen des Thäles-Cup auch der Käppeles-Lauf statt.

Das Läuferteam des Neuffener-Täle ist bei der Organisation seit vielen Jahren aktiv und so bin auch ich hin und wieder mit von der Partie.

» Zum zweiten Mal HM auf Mallorca

Nachdem Wir zum 1.TUI-Mallorca-Marathon vor Ort waren und Günter aus gesundheitlichen Gründen mir beim Laufen zusehen musste, stand für ihn fest, dass das so nicht sein kann. Also plante er immer wieder seine Teilnahme.

Und nun hat es im Jahr 2010 doch noch geklappt.

Voller Zuversicht auf eine schöne Woche reisten wir am Freitag an, bezogen unser Hotel in S'Arenal und erkundeten Palma und die Marathonmesse. Diese war sehr überschaubar, sprich klein. Trotzdem ging ich auf die Suche nach einem neuen Laufschuh, jedoch erfolglos. Vier Paar Socken aus dem Angebot taten es dann auch!

» Graubünden-Halbmarathon in der Schweiz

Da wir einige freie Tage hatten, überlegten wir nicht lange und fuhren nach Chur in der Schweiz. Dort sollte am Wochenende Europas schwerster Marathon stattfinden, der auch einen Halbmarathon anbot.

Zunächst erlebten wir einige schöne Tage in dieser herrlichen Bergregion mit Stadtbummeln in Chur und Wanderungen in der Gegend, wo das Laufevent stattfinden sollte.
Am Freitag kam noch unser Freund Günter Hahn mit dem Zug angereist und wir freuten uns auf den "Laufhöhepunkt" im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes.

Den Günti plagten jedoch einige Zweifel, ob er mit dem schmerzenden Knie den Marathon antreten sollte. Nach einigem Hin-und Her meldete er sich zu meiner Beruhigung zum HM um.
Und so startete er mit mir in Churwalden, um dann auch bei mir zu bleiben. Bei dem kleinen Starterfeld von 65 Läufern wollte er mich nicht allein lassen. Das war für mich ideal!
